We cooperate with a leading insurance and pensions provider in providing beneficial insurances both in and outside the workplace. These include private healthcare, cover for accidents, travel, health, life and sickness insurances. You also have the opportunity to be included in volontary group insurances
We cooperate with a leading insurance and pensions provider in providing beneficial pensions. We provide:

- Occupational pension: 5,5% to 7,5 IBB, 15% above 7,5 IBB (Swedish Inkomstbasbelopp)

TechSeed is owned by its employees

At TechSeed, our belief is that value created by us coworkers is to be shared by us coworkers together. This includes energy, knowledge and financial value. While the organisational setup is somewhat different on different locations, the model is that each unit is its own limited company (aktiebolag) that is owned by TechSeed and its coworkers together. Socially and structurally, we are still One TechSeed, but legally you will be hired in one of the units and be a shareholder for the corresponding company.

By offering shares in the unit, we give you both a right and an expectation for you to be involved and informed of what's happening in your unit. Our units have a high degree of self-ownership in regards to structure, business value and ways of working which you develop together.

By offering shares in your unit and not the smaller company, we also make sure your influence and insight isn't diluted by hundreds of colleagues. Our aim is for you to be a true co-owner, not a simple shareholder. As such, ownership at TechSeed is more than just a share of the result, it's a part of our culture and a medium for you to be involved
